About Las Viñas
At Las Viñas, Giovanna & Noel offer a wide range of wellness treatments and services to help you rejuvenate your body and mind, from healing massage therapy to relaxing gong baths and revitalizing mud treatments to assist you towards holistic well-being. We have a choice of accommodation and you'll find that our work on the farm varies depending on the seasons. Below are pictures of some of the treatments currently on offer
Treatments Available
Here at Las Viñas there's a range of therapeutic massage to suit your needs and relaxation from Gong or Mud Baths to Five Rhythm dance sessions. We also have a large barn which is ideal for Yoga, Meditation and Drawing, so you can see that we are flexible and willing to try anything! The area is ideal for long walks and has beautiful clear skies at night for star gazing. During the day the same sky fills with many different kinds of birds of prey, making a spectacular sight. As a working farm we also have Olive harvest season in October where we produce amazing Organic Extra Virgin Oil (we never spray) which has already been praised by many local people for it's flavour and colour, We also have fresh Organic orange juice and nuts, persimmon and grapes the rest of the year. You'll also see chickens and a cat (all free range) so please keep dogs on a lead and there is a pond with lots of fish and a deep ditch so please keep children closely supervised.
What's Nearby?
The tranquil and nurturing setting of Las Viñas creates the perfect space for you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing amidst beautiful Extremadura countryside full of Spanish vineyards, with olive and almond groves. Nearby are many beautiful villages and cities for you to explore such as Zafra with its palm tree plaza and on it's outskirts our answer to Sagrada Familia - a local tribute to the mosaic tile work of Anton Gaudi called 'El Capricho de Cotrina', There's also Mérida city with its impressive Roman amphitheater and the pretty nearby town of Feria, now internationally renown for its annual 'Cruz Festival'.
Cottages
At Las Viñas retreat we have 2 self-contained cottages which will each accommodate two adults comfortably. (We have camp beds for children to use too).
The original Shepherds cottage (Sun cottage) has been refurbished but retains it's old world charm and now has a modern shower room nearby. The other, (Earth Cottage) near the entrance gate is a modern studio apartment with en-suite shower and toilet. Both have cooking facilities so you can be self-sufficient while you're here if you prefer.
Caravans
Las Viñas also has two caravans - the 'Club' which has a big double bed and is ideal for couples and the 'Pageant' which is a three / four berth with its own shower room. We also have an outside shower and modern shower room (which are available for Summer and Winter use). Both caravans have solar panels for self-contained electricity supply and gas for cooking and heating. They both also have roof mounted air conditioning which provides heat or cool air depending on the Season (it can get quite hot here in July and August and cool at night in the Winter). Membership
Membership is an idea we're experimenting with so that our loyal visitors can save some money over several visits but even if you only intend coming here once you can still save money on treatments and get immediate 25% reductions on the listed prices. We hope you feel this is a worthwhile idea and that it helps you to save in the process.

Find Us
Deep in the rural Countryside of Extremadura is the pretty little town of Feria, nestled on the side of a hill under a completely renovated and beautiful Arabic Castle. You can get amazing views for miles from here and the town and you'll discover that shops appear inside peoples homes while Bars are scattered around the heart of the town and the ancient church of San Bartolomé. Around the town is farmland and many people own 'Campos' where they grow Olives, Nuts and Vegetables and that's where we live, on a Campo about 10 mins drive from Feria town.
There are trains and buses from the nearest international airport which is Sevilla (about 160 kms from here) to Zafra (our nearest City). You might find that having a car is useful to explore the area once you arrive but we can arrange our local taxi driver to come and collect you if you prefer. She charges €150 to bring you here from the airport.
About us
Giovanna & Noel were both Therapists in London before moving to Spain to follow their dream of living a self sufficient lifestyle off grid. Noel is a qualified Hypnotherapist who plays keyboards and percussion and anything else he can get a tune out of, and has been involved in writing and performing music since his teens (a long time!). Giovanna studied Art at Art College in Tuscany where she also ran her own Graphic Design Business as well as Teaching Art to youngsters in Schools. She has had her own Art exhibited and she also has a Painting hanging in an Italian Maternity Ward (her painting "The Blue Woman" has a fascinating story around it). She was also a Puppeteer for several years and is currently finishing her sixth novel (all available in English and Italian on Amazon). We are both intrigued by synchronicity in life.
